Lemons, limes, and oranges, cut into half wheels and small wedges (about 1 c. total)
- 1/2 c.
raspberries and blackberries
- 1/4 c.
basil, mint, and thyme leaves
- 2 c.
unsweetened hibiscus tea, cooled
- 2 c.
lemonade

Sparkling water, for serving

- Step 1
Divide citrus, berries, and herbs among 2 ice cube trays. Pour iced tea halfway up trays and freeze until solid, at least 4 hours.
- Step 2Fill remaining space in trays with lemonade and freeze until solid.
- Step 3 To serve, fill glasses with citrus-herb ice cubes and top with sparkling water.
