slices sourdough bread
- 8 tbsp.
store-bought jam or No-Cook Jam (any flavor)

Brie, cut into 8 slices with rind intact on edges

- Step 1Spread 1/2 tablespoon butter on outside of each slice of bread. Spread 2 tablespoons jam each on unbuttered side of 4 slices, then top each with 2 slices Brie. Cover with remaining bread, butter side up.
- Step 2Heat large skillet on medium-low. Add 2 sandwiches and cook until bread is golden brown and cheese melts, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
