Having just announced they’re expecting a second child, former E! Australia host Ksejna Lukich and lawyer husband Dan Bragg are selling their soon to be too small Potts Point apartment.

The couple bought the two-bedroom Victoria St apartment for $1,077,500 in 2018 when it was just the two of them.

They had their first child Mimi last year and are expecting their second in April.

Ksenija Lukich with her husband Dan Bragg have listed in Potts Point.

They have lived in the home for four years.

Over the past four years Lukich and Bragg have renovated the apartment on the second highest floor in the 1984-built Hordern Place.

Raine & Horne Unlimited agent Sam Schumann has a $1.4 million guide for the November 8 auction of the apartment that has 87sq m of space and a balcony.

The home has a $1.4m guide.

It’s scheduled for a November 8 auction.

The couple recently celebrated their 10-year anniversary together and Lukich joined marketing agency UEG Worldwide.

Meanwhile, The Luxe Listings Sydney cast member Gavin Rubinstein has made a whisper quiet luxury property purchase in Waverley.

He’s spent $6.25 million on a new townhouse designed by prestige home builder Future Flip.

Rubinstein sold the mirror image detached dual occupancy townhouse on 375sq m next door for the same price a week before his own purchase.

It went to Galilee Energy director Raymond Shorrocks and his wife Stephanie Tetu.

“Each of these homes achieved record prices for the area,” Future Flip’s Neil Hipwell noted on its website.

Hipwell, the award-winning builder and developer, is married to former lads’ magazine model and reality TV star Krystal Hipwell.

Set across three distinct levels, the ground floor offers an open-plan living and dining space that extends to an outdoor limed oak deck and deep-level garden with an eco-heated pool.

The designer kitchen comes with a Talostone Super White breakfast bar, butler’s pantry and Miele appliances with an induction cooktop, built-in steam oven and integrated fridge.

Its master suite has a full-size ensuite with stand-alone bathtub, his and her walk-in wardrobes, a balcony with custom bar and Velux skylit ceilings.

The five-bedroom, three-bathroom home is fitted with Clipsal home automation, smart home door handle and touchpad, and an internal lift.

Despite his disposition to film his busy life, there’s been no hint of any move by 32-year-old agent Rubinstein, who’s been renting overlooking Garden Island in Potts Point.

His last purchase saw him take a shock $200,000 loss on his Potts Point apartment, having paid $1.88 million in 2018 for a two-bedroom low-rise Macleay St abode.

It was sold in early 2020 (pre-Covid) for $1.68 million after more than 100 days on the market through his office top performer Oliver Lavers.
