Kourtney Kardashian Shares a Bikini Pic Alongside a Message for New Moms: ‘You Are Beautiful’

Kourtney Kardashian Barker has a message for new moms feeling their postpartum bodies adjust: Be kind to yourself.

The mom of four, who recently welcomed son Rocky Thirteen with her husband, drummer Travis Barker, posted some self-love reflections from a tropical getaway with her sisters. The eldest KarJenner sister wore a black bikini to play in the crystal-blue water, and took a moment to express not only gratitude but love for the body that carried her children.

“Dear new mommies,” she wrote on Instagram Stories, including a picture of herself. “Your body is beautiful at all stages. During pregnancy as we are glowing and growing, postpartum as we are healing and shrinking, and then that period I find the hardest as our bodies are still adjusting. And if you’re breastfeeding, that’s a whole other part of it.”

“I try to be kind to myself as my body finds a new normal,” the Lemme founder continued. “The pressure put on us to bounce back when everything is new and different isn’t realistic. Life is beautiful, you are beautiful. Just a little reminder (for me too).”
